Privacy notice · Updated 22 September 2026
Privacy at Uncentered
This notice covers uncentered.ai, emails you send us and enquiries or comments that we handle through our public profiles. Our products and services have their own applicable privacy notices, provided with each service.
Who is responsible
UNCENTERED S.R.L. is the controller for the activities described here. Our registered office is București, Sectorul 1, Calea Griviței nr. 174, cam. 1, bl. S, sc. 1, et. 11, ap. 45, România. Our company identifiers appear on the company information page. Contact contact@uncentered.ai about your data or this notice.
When you visit this website
Our hosting and delivery services receive technical request data, such as your IP address, the requested page or file, request time, browser information and, where sent by your browser, the referring page. This is needed to deliver the website, diagnose failures and protect it against abuse.
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, working public website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The current website has no visitor accounts, contact form, newsletter signup, checkout, advertising pixels or audience analytics. Its animations run in your browser; pointer movements are not sent to us.
When you contact us
We receive your email address, name if provided, message, attachments and related correspondence. We use them to answer you and manage the matter you raise. For general enquiries, this is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply; records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Providing these details is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply or resolve your request without relevant contact information. Please avoid sending identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically need it for your request.
External platforms and product links
If you interact with our public profiles on external platforms, we may receive information the platform makes available, such as your public username, comments and aggregate statistics. We use it to respond, moderate discussion and understand how our work is received, based on our legitimate interests in managing those interactions. Please do not post private information in public comments.
External platforms process information under their own privacy policies. Following a link to one of our products or to another service takes you to that service and its applicable policies. This site does not load embedded social-media players or tracking widgets.
Service providers and international transfers
Render provides website hosting and delivery. Fastmail provides our email service. They and their relevant infrastructure providers process the data needed for those roles. Squarespace manages our domain and DNS; it does not host this website. Resend belongs to separate product email workflows and is not used to collect messages through this static website.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States or Australia. Their published data-processing arrangements include Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable: Render’s DPA and Fastmail’s data protection agreement. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
How long information is kept
We keep correspondence while the enquiry or relationship remains active and afterwards where it is needed to document commitments, meet legal retention duties or handle a dispute. The type of request, applicable legal obligations and relevant claim periods determine that duration. Unneeded correspondence should be deleted rather than retained indefinitely.
Technical data follows the hosting and security services’ retention arrangements and is used for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Public channel comments remain on the platform until removed under its controls; copies needed to handle a rights issue or dispute follow the correspondence criteria above.
Cookies and device storage
The current uncentered.ai application does not set cookies or store visitor identifiers in local storage or session storage. We do not install advertising or analytics trackers. Visual interaction state lasts only while the page is open. Your browser may cache public website files for performance; our infrastructure can process technical data to deliver and secure those files.
A link to an external service does not load that service’s cookies here. Once you open it, its own storage and consent rules apply. We will update this notice and provide any required choices before adding optional tracking to this website.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including by explaining your particular circumstances. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email contact@uncentered.ai. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; where the GDPR permits an extension, we will explain it within that first month.
You may complain to Romania’s data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or the supervisory authority where you live, work or consider an infringement occurred. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
Updates
We will revise this notice when the website or our processing changes. The date above identifies this version. New products, account systems, sales or newsletters will need their own relevant information before you use them.
